Comment: I have really enjoyed reading through the bios of you who contributed to this well-organized site. Plus, the obits added insight into the lives of those who have gone before us.

This being my (our) final season of life I just wanted to modify my original comments.
High School has become more of a fog with glimpses of random fun memories or activities with nothing unpleasant. My years as a Navy Corpsman were an exciting adventure and created in me a desire to pursue nursing as a career. It was a perfect choice as I worked ICU and ER in Dayton hospitals. I have been blessed and privileged to raise three children each of whom professed faith in the saving grace of Jesus Christ. I pray for each of you the same faith which has certainly been a strength to me through some tough times.
I moved to NC after retirement to escape the snow and ice. Of course, I do miss family and certain aspects of Ohio such as Woodland Cemetary as Don Erisman guided and narrated its history on an eye-opening tour, Carillon Park, Air Force Museum, Miamisburg Pool (Such a loss) to name a few as well others several of you have recapped in various personal accounts.
My wish was to hear some of your life's adventures and celebrate the joys that are not so easily penned as well as spoken face to face. We cannot escape hardships, the "mistakes", injuries, disease, rejection or divorce or death or just plain evil, but laughter is a great cathartic. My hope is that my body goes before my mind, although it's a tight race. I want to remember those good times and the friendships that make my heart smile and realize how blessed I have been.
I'm sorry I missed our 60th! Prayers and hugs to you all.

To God be the GLORY!!
